Youth Counselor

What you'll do

• Maintain contact with youth, school staff, employers, job services, and community agencies
• provide supportive services and referrals
• conduct initial assessment interviews and interpret test results
• place youth in subsidized and unsubsidized employment
• provide job-search assistance, assessments, individual service plans, counseling, and case management.
