Sanitation Specialist – Night Shift

The Sanitation Specialist – Night Shift role is onsite in Minong, WI. Pay is $23.50 per hour, including a $19.50 base wage and $4.00 shift differential. The role supports sanitation at Link Snacks’ food production facility. The specialist cleans equipment and facility areas so pre-operation inspections and production setup can begin on time. The work helps maintain sanitation and safety standards through scheduled cleaning, chemical handling, inspections, and adherence to food safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Clean facilities and equipment in sequence and on schedule
• apply cleaning, degreasing, and sanitizing chemicals
• wash equipment, floors, and walls
• clean equipment parts, pipes, lights, smokehouse, breakroom, and bathrooms
• collect and dispose of trash
• clean floors and drains
• protect sensitive equipment
• follow sanitation schedules and cleaning records
• complete pre-inspections
• assist with machine reassembly
• follow GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, OSHA, LOTO, PPE, and company safety requirements.

Why this role
