What you'll do

• Lead and oversee assisted living staff
• support staffing coverage and respond to call-ins and schedule changes
• ensure staff follow policies and resident-care expectations
• address employee concerns and escalate issues when needed
• assist with coaching, training, and onboarding
• monitor resident needs and communicate concerns
• complete documentation
• assist with investigations and incident follow-up
• support emergency and after-hours needs as assigned
• collaborate with Nursing, HR, Scheduling, and Administration.
