Job overview

The Driver / Warehouse Assistant role is onsite in Warren, OR, with a Monday–Friday business-hours schedule of 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM; the specific schedule is determined during the interview. Pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and licensing. Composites Universal Group manufactures composite components for commercial aerospace, defense, space, and marine customers. The role supports shipping, receiving, inventory, and local transportation so materials and finished composite parts move safely and accurately through warehouse operations. It combines warehouse handling and documentation with local deliveries and pickups, with no overnight travel.

What you'll do

• Pick, pack, crate, stage, and load outbound shipments
• secure composite parts for transport
• operate a forklift
• receive materials and verify quantities and condition
• prepare packing slips and freight paperwork
• make local deliveries and pickups
• complete vehicle inspections
• assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• support other warehouse and logistics functions as needed.
