What you'll do

• Depending on skills and interests, research legal issues involving commodities trading, shipping, storage, tax, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters
• assist with drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements and trading-related documents
• support due diligence, regulatory investigations, board materials, and agreements
• collaborate with Trading, Finance, and Compliance teams.
