Maintenance Mechanic II

This role maintains safe, reliable facility systems and equipment so residents can go about their day and staff can serve them. The mechanic performs preventive maintenance, repairs, safety checks, and work-order documentation across the building and grounds.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
• conduct building and equipment rounds
• identify safety and maintenance issues
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs on systems, equipment, and grounds
• repair building components, lighting, elevators, and fire systems
• complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and lock work
• move furniture and equipment
• follow safety procedures
• complete and document work orders.
