What you'll do

• Perform vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to experience level
• complete oil changes, tire rotations, brake work, alignments, fluid services, and multi-point inspections
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, engine, transmission, and drivability concerns as skills allow
• use diagnostic tools and manufacturer guidelines
• communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• continue learning through mentorship and Ford training.
