What you'll do

• Advise clients on tax aspects of complex business transactions, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, investment funds, and real estate. Conduct tax research and prepare analyses and memoranda
• draft and review transactional documents
• collaborate across practice groups
• and participate in client development, presentations, and industry conferences.
