Home Visiting Supervisor — Early Head Start

The Home Visiting Supervisor role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with regular travel to client homes and locations across King County. Pay is $34.89–$38.53 per hour. The role supports the Denise Louie Education Center’s Early Head Start home-visiting program. The supervisor trains and manages home visitors, monitors service plans and program performance, and assesses staff practice and family well-being. The work supports responsive services, family engagement, and coordinated transitions and referrals for children and families.

What you'll do

• Train, model, and coach home visitors
• observe visits and provide reflective and administrative supervision
• address barriers to attendance and engagement
• monitor records, child progress, and program information
• develop plans to address performance concerns
• coordinate transitions and referrals with program staff and community partners
• support group socializations
• oversee staffing, caseloads, and scheduling.
