The Early Childhood Program Coordinator (ITDS) role is onsite in Miami, FL. Pay is $50,000–$55,000 per year. The coordinator oversees functions for Easter Seals South Florida’s child development center and supervises and mentors teaching staff. What you'll do

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise an early intervention program in accordance with grants and funding guidelines
• supervise and mentor teaching staff
• observe classrooms and provide educator feedback
• facilitate professional development and training
• support curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate practices
• monitor licensing, accreditation, and program-policy compliance
• complete reporting and funding-continuation applications
• assist with enrollment, scheduling, and program operations
• support safety and emergency procedures.
