The Waiter/Waitress role is onsite at The Crossings Retirement Community in Bryan, Texas. Pay is $14 per hour. Unidine’s culinary team serves residents and works to enhance their dining experiences. The server takes food and beverage orders and delivers them efficiently while maintaining service, food-safety, and sanitation standards. The role supports a clean, welcoming dining room and coordinates with kitchen staff to meet guest needs and special requests.

What you'll do

• Greet dining-room guests
• take food and beverage orders
• deliver food promptly and professionally
• follow safe food handling and sanitation standards
• explain menu items and ingredients and advise on combinations when requested
• accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences
• communicate with back-of-house staff
• handle tickets and cash according to procedures
• maintain a clean and safe dining environment
• address complaints and relay issues to a supervisor
• set up and clean the dining room
• support other departments during special events and functions.
