What you'll do

• Assist retail and shop customers with parts selection and technical information
• answer calls and provide quotes
• pull and fill orders
• locate out-of-stock parts and submit emergency orders
• follow up on back orders
• replenish inventory
• assist outside sales representatives
• bill internal parts requests to service repair orders
• process sales, payments, invoices, and returns
• promote sales and maintain a clean counter area.
