What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care
• manage tracheostomy and ventilator support, including suctioning, monitoring, and emergency response
• assess patients and develop care plans with physicians and therapists
• administer medications and treatments
• assist with daily living and mobility
• educate patients and families
• document in electronic health records
• collaborate on ventilator management
• follow infection control and safety standards
• participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and continuing education.

Why this role
