What you'll do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hospital systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pneumatic systems.
• Operate and test emergency power supply systems.
• Conduct light construction, painting, groundskeeping, and floor care.
• Maintain facility documentation and report daily progress to the supervisor.
