Director of Product Strategy

Job overview

The Director of Product Strategy role is hybrid, with primary locations in Medford, MA or New York City; fully remote work is open to highly qualified candidates. Base salary is $160,000–$180,000 per year, with a competitive annual bonus. Financial Recovery Technologies partners with institutional investors to deliver recovery solutions using technology, legal expertise, and operational scale. The director defines and executes a market-driven strategy for the Wealth line of business, translating market needs into solutions that can be packaged, priced, and sold. The role connects product, sales, marketing, client service, and delivery teams to move opportunities from discovery through launch and support client and revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Assess the wealth management landscape and prioritize market segments
• lead discovery with prospective clients, partners, and advisors
• monitor competitors
• define product strategy for the Wealth line
• translate capabilities into client-focused solutions
• develop business cases and high-level requirements
• partner with product management on opportunities from concept to launch
• lead commercialization, packaging, positioning, and pricing with sales and marketing
• support client discussions and deal work
• measure adoption, launch effectiveness, and revenue growth.
