What you'll do

• Administer lower-tier subcontractor and supplier prequalification requests in TradeTapp
• review submissions for completeness
• follow up on missing information
• track renewals and deadlines
• document and escalate exceptions
• log and route agreements
• prepare approved DocuSign workflows
• file executed agreements and approval records
• maintain trackers and status reports.
