What you'll do

• Lead and supervise 20 to 30 hourly associates
• ensure operating procedures are followed and recommend process improvements
• train, coach, evaluate, and provide feedback to associates
• handle hiring, compensation, discipline, and termination responsibilities
• investigate operational errors and recommend corrective action
• monitor inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, expenses, and staffing needs
• coordinate operations to meet business plans.
