The Maintenance Worker I role is an onsite, full-time position based in Sacramento, CA, with travel to company locations in California and, upon request, Nevada. Pay is $23 per hour. The worker reports to the California Maintenance Manager and supports Goodwill facilities and equipment.

What you'll do

• Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• prepare surfaces and apply finishes
• maintain doors, locks, ceilings, walls, and flooring
• respond to repair emergencies as directed
• refer work requiring contract services to a manager
• follow safety procedures
• document repairs in asset management software
• maintain reports and records
• assist with long-range maintenance planning
• and review vendor work quality with managers or supervisors.
