What you'll do

• Manage customer billing using oil and gas-specific platforms
• upload invoices and service tickets to customer systems
• review tickets for accuracy and coordinate corrections
• monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on payments and collections
• assist with invoicing, statements, deposits, and accounting support
• perform account reconciliations
• support special projects.
