Human Resource Recruitment Coordinator / Trainer

Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. The Human Resource Recruitment Coordinator / Trainer role is onsite in Flagstaff, AZ, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role supports All Ways Caring HomeCare’s local branch and contributes to recruiting compassionate people to serve clients in their homes. The coordinator supports recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and training. By guiding applicants and new hires and coordinating required training and file audits, the role helps the branch maintain staffing and prepare employees to support local clients.

What you'll do

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding
• represent the branch at job fairs and hiring events
• maintain HR compliance
• support candidate experience
• diversify outreach
• coordinate with regional talent acquisition and HR teams
• maintain employment records and system data
• coordinate training, verify certifications, and audit employee files.
