What you'll do

• Assess resident needs
• develop, administer, and evaluate individual nursing care plans
• supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit
• inform physicians of changes in resident conditions
• communicate care plan changes with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team
• protect confidential health information.
