The Parts and Inventory Specialist role is onsite in Pompano Beach, FL. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The specialist supports EC Ruff Marine’s parts and service operations by sourcing, ordering, selling, and tracking inventory. The role helps technicians and customers obtain the parts they need while maintaining accurate inventory, purchase records, pricing, and coordination with the Service Coordinator.

What you'll do

• Identify, locate, source, and order parts for technicians
• negotiate with vendors on stocking, pricing, and discounts
• handle counter and phone sales
• create purchase orders and match packing slips and invoices
• coordinate parts status with the Service Coordinator
• organize and control onsite inventory
• scan incoming inventory
• update QuickBooks pricing
• stock company vans
• track return authorizations.
