Sr. Business Solutions Manager, K&B SC Ops & BT is an onsite position in Kohler, WI. The salary range is $135,600 - $211,000 per year. Kohler Co. is a global leader in manufacturing kitchen and bath products. This role will play a key role in accelerating Kohler’s growth & profitability by developing a digital strategy and roadmap for KOHLER Manufacturing operations, including driving forward the Next Gen ERP transformation.

What you'll do

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field required. Masters / MBA desirable.
• 10+ years’ related experience. Experience in manufacturing business a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of partnering with business stakeholders and handling multiple complex transformation projects.
• Experience with leading and working in large teams.
• Experience in multiple aspects of technology: analysis, project management, systems development, change management, business process improvement, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences on business and technology related subject matter – storytelling and making the complex simple.
• Strong general management skills.
• This position will require travel to locations within North America and overseas.
