What you'll do

• Provide full-body personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• safely assist with Hoyer lift transfers, bed pan use, hygiene, repositioning, and mobility
• monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
• maintain a safe, clean, respectful environment
• communicate with family and care coordinators
• and provide companionship. Prior caregiving and Hoyer lift experience are required, along with availability for on-call scheduling needs.
