The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - APEX Program is an onsite role based in Salem, OR, with a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year. This position is part of an accelerated training program designed to develop foundational clinical research skills through project and system experience. The role exists to prepare clinical research professionals to independently manage site relationships and ensure study quality. By combining instructor-led training with practical, field-based monitoring support, the program equips associates to contribute to the development of life-changing treatments.

What you'll do

• Perform billable project tasks to support CRAs and Clinical Operations Leads with a focus on Project Support, Initiation CRA support, and Site Facing support.
• Accompany CRAs for observational and co-monitoring support on-site or during remote visits.
• Work with clinical systems including Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Electronic Data Capture, Safety Information Systems, and TMF platforms.
• Manage site quality and delivery from site identification through to close-out.
