What you'll do

• Create and submit purchase orders and track shipments through receipt and verification
• build supplier relationships, request quotes, negotiate basic terms, and follow up on delivery dates
• monitor order status and alert engineering and leadership to potential delays
• reconcile invoices with packing slips and purchase orders
• monitor inventory and trigger reorders
• develop and refine digital filing systems and purchasing workflows.
