Human Resources Coordinator

Job overview

The Human Resources Coordinator works onsite in Cheyenne, WY. Compensation is $50,000–$60,000 per year. The role supports the workforce and resident-care mission of Polaris Rehabilitation & Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The coordinator supports employees and managers across recruitment, onboarding, records, payroll and timekeeping, benefits, employee relations, training compliance, and general HR operations. Accurate and timely HR processes help facility leaders recruit, retain, and support the workforce needed for resident care.

What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring events
• manage onboarding and personnel records
• assist with payroll preparation and timecard review
• respond to employee questions
• support employee relations documentation and investigations as directed
• assist with benefits enrollment
• track credentials and training compliance
• maintain HR reports and workforce data
• and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Related associate’s or bachelor’s degree and prior HR, recruiting, administrative, payroll, or healthcare experience are preferred; skilled nursing, long-term care, senior living, or healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
