What you'll do

• Produce mortgage and improvement surveys and related deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• prepare drawings to corporate standards
• research deeds and title reports
• create property boundary exhibits
• review topographical survey data and correct linework
• obtain information from clients and colleagues
• communicate with planning departments, engineers, and surveyors
• create boundary monument stakeout points
• pursue NSPS Certified Survey Technician Level I certification.
