Job overview

Compensation is $50–$55 per hour. The Non-IT Project/Program Manager III role is onsite in Portland, OR, and pays $50–$55 per hour. The role supports the PMO Manager with project coordination, governance, and execution for large-scale projects.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and recovery plans
• track budgets, CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, and cost variances. Coordinate planning calls, cross-functional dependencies, meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications. Create dashboards, executive reports, and status updates
• track actions, risks, issues, and change requests
• support construction progress reporting and maintain audit-ready documentation.
