Medical Cart Field Technician

The Medical Cart Field Technician role is onsite at the assigned customer facility in Cleveland, OH, with typical operating hours of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. that may vary based on work availability. The technician installs, repairs and maintains medical carts and kiosks, documenting work and troubleshooting issues to meet customer standards and service-level requirements. The role supports client operations through reliable equipment service, asset records and positive customer interactions.

What you'll do

• Assess repair issues and perform repairs and general maintenance on medical carts and kiosks
• perform onsite installation, repair, management and maintenance activities
• troubleshoot and identify issues
• track and document work progression
• communicate daily workload and direction with the direct report
• log service requests, incidents and change orders
• maintain detailed PC hardware and software asset records in customer tools
• suggest and implement solutions
• update field automation systems and databases
• maintain clean and functional tools
• build customer relationships.
