What you'll do

• Schedule and manage labor resources for service work and projects
• coordinate materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on work needs and availability
• proactively manage service agreements and customer satisfaction issues
• generate, interpret, and print reports
• facilitate new staff onboarding
• maintain customer account information related to billing and invoice approvals
• support account manager renewal tasking and spend plans
• research and resolve expense and report discrepancies
• may direct workflow or mentor less-experienced team members.
