What you'll do

• Serve food and maintain service points and beverage stations for product availability and cleanliness
• prepare fresh fruits and vegetables
• follow approved recipes and production standards for quality, temperature, and portion control
• prepare branded products to specifications
• assemble and cook products for service
• assist cooks and senior food-service workers
• operate kitchen equipment
• complete food production records
• prepare grill, pizza oven, and exhibition-style items
• complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning
• serve customers and address concerns
• work with coworkers to follow service standards and inventory and cash-control procedures.
