What you'll do

• Oversee accounting and financial operations across restaurant locations
• prepare and analyze financial statements and restaurant P&Ls
• build cash and balance-sheet forecasts
• prepare board reporting and financial models
• monitor food, beverage, and labor costs
• develop budgets
• manage cash flow, banking, financial controls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and tax compliance
• coordinate year-end reporting and audits
• support openings and growth.
