What you'll do

• Contact patients about periodic evaluations, abnormal test results, and missed appointments.
• Obtain required consents and eligibility forms, retrieve medical records, relay patient concerns, take and record vital signs, prepare and restock exam rooms, assist with exams and procedures, administer specified injections and document them, perform CLIA-waived tests, and conduct vision and hearing tests.
