The Front Counter Sales — Nursery role is onsite in Vista, CA, with a full-time Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; part-time Thursday–Saturday schedules may also be considered. Pay is $19–$20 per hour, depending on experience. Devil Mountain Wholesale Nursery serves the landscape trade with plants, product knowledge, and customer service. The sales professional manages the walk-in customer experience, helps customers select plants, and processes transactions and orders accurately. The role supports daily revenue and coordinates with yard and sales teams to fulfill customer needs.

What you'll do

• Welcome walk-in customers
• assess needs and guide plant selection
• process transactions using point-of-sale and inventory systems
• support will-call check-in and pickup
• provide product information
• coordinate order fulfillment with yard staff
• assist with estimates and order entry
• determine wholesale status for trade customers
• and participate in inventory counts and company initiatives.
