What you'll do

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain UKG Workforce Management
• resolve timekeeping, integration, and access issues
• assess impacts of system changes
• support upgrades, testing, and functionality rollouts
• build HR reports, dashboards, and metrics
• validate and reconcile HR, payroll, and workforce data
• investigate discrepancies
• train users
• maintain documentation
• contribute to HRIS projects and process improvements.
