What you'll do

• Perform routine, intermediate, and preventive maintenance and repairs
• install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and waste systems
• document work and communicate maintenance needs
• assist contractors on complex repairs and projects
• support manufacturing and warehouse facilities as needed
• and work overtime as required.
