What you'll do

• Develop and execute global manufacturing strategies across ME&C sites
• collaborate with senior leadership, operations, quality, supply chain, and engineering on integrated plans
• manage site selection and make-buy processes
• establish goals, metrics, and KPIs
• monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements
• manage ME&C long-range planning processes
• align regional strategy directors
• evaluate contingency and risk-management plans
• develop tools and performance indicators with finance teams
• partner with regional vice presidents and site heads on initiatives.
