What you'll do

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and related paperwork
• review documents for accuracy and completeness
• submit paperwork to the DMV and other agencies
• process title applications, lien releases, duplicate titles, and ownership transfers
• verify VINs and buyer/seller information
• maintain electronic and physical records
• track outstanding titles and follow up on missing documents
• communicate with customers, dealerships, financial institutions, auction personnel, and DMV representatives
• enter vehicle information
• handle confidential information
• assist with filing, scanning, email, and phones.
