The Coffee Shop Shift Leader role is onsite in Rock Falls, IL. Pay is $15.50–$16.00 per hour. The Shift Leader directs efficient workflow, models barista responsibilities, and leads the team when the Store Manager is unavailable. The role supports customer service, store operations, team training, and accurate execution of food safety and operating procedures.

What you'll do

• Lead efficient team workflow and customer service
• prepare beverages according to brand recipes and techniques
• resolve customer relations issues
• maintain speed-of-service standards
• assist with onboarding and training
• build effective working relationships
• seek opportunities to increase sales
• handle cash and point-of-sale procedures accurately
• ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed
• serve as keyholder and follow opening and closing procedures
• assist with administrative duties as requested.
