Senior Accounting Manager

The Senior Accounting Manager role is onsite in Irwindale, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Total package compensation is up to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. What you'll do

• Lead daily accounting operations and the full accounting cycle
• oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, contracts, and compliance
• manage month-end and year-end close
• prepare tax and financial documentation
• monitor working capital and cash flow
• support budgeting and financial reporting
• oversee construction job costing, WIP reporting, and payroll compliance
• coordinate audits
• lead and develop the Accounting Team.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, and 2+ years managing direct reports. Construction or project-based accounting is strongly preferred.
