What you'll do

• Run shifts
• coach and train team members on food preparation, barista skills, guest service, and shop standards
• provide feedback and conduct pre-shift meetings
• maintain displays and food and drink quality
• oversee food preparation stations
• ensure safety checks and temperature logs are completed
• open or close the shop
• manage stock, waste, and guest concerns
• support sales and shop goals.
