What you'll do

• Acknowledge pilots and customers
• maintain ramp access security
• take fuel and service requests and ensure completion
• close service orders and process payments
• explain discounts and pricing
• arrange rental cars, hotels, and catering
• handle requests by internet, phone, and Airinc
• verify information in the FBO Manager system
• maintain the work environment and courtesy bar.
