Production Team Lead

The Production Team Lead role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, with pay of $28.28–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Direct shift activities
• operate equipment when needed
• communicate production goals, gaps, shift handoffs, and end-of-shift reports
• facilitate workforce development and training
• ensure operator training and cross-training
• coordinate with laboratory, production, logistics, and maintenance teams
• monitor equipment and operations
• troubleshoot issues
• support continuous improvement and safety practices.
