What you'll do

• Manage leasing activities, qualify prospects, prepare lease and move-in paperwork, and conduct apartment tours.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries, process applications, collect deposits and rent payments, and follow up with residents and prospects.
• Complete market surveys, support marketing and online reputation management, and assist with resident retention and community events.
