The Senior Associate Attorney, Commercial Title Underwriting role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation is $130,000–$150,000 per year. The role supports a national commercial title operation handling complex real estate transactions in Pennsylvania and across the country. The attorney reviews title and property records, evaluates underwriting risks, and prepares title commitments, policies, and endorsements. By resolving title issues and advising transaction participants and internal teams, the role helps support accurate, timely commercial real estate closings and title insurance decisions.

What you'll do

• Review title commitments, searches, reports, surveys, legal descriptions, and property records
• identify and help resolve title issues
• prepare title commitments, policies, and endorsements
• review objections and coverage requests
• research legal documents
• make underwriting decisions
• communicate title issues and recommendations to attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers, developers, and clients
• support internal teams and closing teams
• coordinate across offices
• participate in client meetings and business development
• manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
