What you'll do

• Lead onsite civil construction operations for solar, BESS, and substation projects
• manage earthwork, utilities, storm drainage, environmental controls, and grading
• coordinate subcontractors, project setup, scheduling, equipment, personnel, and production
• interpret permits, drawings, blueprints, and CAD plans
• use Trimble and Propeller tools for modeling and field data
• monitor production and project budgets
• ensure OSHA and company safety compliance.
