What you'll do

• Serve as the primary escalation point for FDA and Partner Government Agency clearance matters
• guide and train entry writers
• monitor regulatory holds and coordinate with agencies
• manage the FDA shipment queue and routing
• review hold reports and direct corrective actions
• respond to customer and internal escalations
• process return-to-origin shipments when necessary
• support FDA exam staging
• coordinate cross-site holds and maintain operational trackers.
