The Robot Systems Engineer role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, six days per week, with a base salary of $200,000–$350,000 per year plus competitive equity. The role supports an early-stage robotics company developing and deploying robots for physical work.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain infrastructure for reliable robot operation under tight latency constraints
• integrate robot arms, teleoperation rigs, haptic devices, and sensors into production software
• diagnose issues across drivers, protocols, calibration, and hardware
• develop software interfaces and hardware abstraction layers
• partner with hardware and machine learning engineers
• own integrations through deployment and troubleshooting.
