What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair BAS control systems and field devices
• diagnose HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• support controller replacements, upgrades, migrations, and expansions
• validate sequences and optimize performance
• assist with commissioning and startup
• perform point-to-point verification and functional testing
• maintain documentation and backups
• configure alarms, trends, dashboards, and analytics
• support system integrations and fault detection
• use remote monitoring tools
• serve as technical contact for assigned accounts
• recommend improvements and lifecycle plans
• mentor junior technicians and apprentices.

Why this role
